CYBERGIG is an independent digital platform that aims to provide companies, large & small, rapid access to top vetted talent in the Cyber Security sector on-demand, whilst providing flexible work options for cyber professionals.

Against a global backdrop of increasing cyber security breaches, hacks and attacks across various industry sectors, companies  (large & small) struggle to navigate the complex cyber security landscape, protect their business and reduce overhead costs due to pressure on profit margins and an upward trend in professional freelancing and jobs on demand.

CYBERGIG was established to create a powerful, vetted, talent pool and facilitate allocation of that talent to companies who have a need for high cyber security professionals, whilst also providing more flexible work options for cyber security and information security specialists.

Matt has spent almost 20 years assessing, vetting & sourcing Technology, Information Security & Cyber Security talent across the globe.

An entrepreneur at heart, he founded, built and sold a multi award winning Technology Talent consultancy in 6 short years, making the BRW list of fastest growing Australian companies.

He has operated all over the world with gigs in London, Frankfurt, Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, Stockholm, Helsinki, Madrid, Melbourne & the US. He now also represents Australia as the Country Ambassador for the Sydney Landing Pad, attracting cyber tech start ups to Australia.

An active Start Up Advisor & Angel, with a passion for Cyber Security, when Matt is not building Cybergig, he travels extensively in search of the perfect beach hammock.

Andrew Matuszczak - Cyber Assessments & Client relations

Andrew is one of Australia’s most recognised senior executive technologists who has operated as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer & a variety of Senior Technology, Security & Risk Management positions over a 25 year career.

His responsibilities have seen him work with some of Australia’s largest and most complex technology environments, including leading large scale IT programs of work at the Commonwealth Bank, Virgin and Wesfarmers ( Australia’s largest employer ).

With a good eye for detail he has an exceptional track record in delivering significant savings within projects, operations and has worked extensively in the Information Security, Cyber Security, Risk, Big Data and Analytics space.
